She plays a key role in ensuring our services align with client expectations while identifying opportunities for enhancement and business growth.

Working closely with the Head of Debt Services and senior management, Henna ensures our processes remain efficient, compliant, and tailored to client needs.

With over a decade of experience in client relationship management, debt recovery, and process optimisation, Henna has successfully led strategic client portfolios and service improvement initiatives.

Her expertise includes overseeing client migration projects, MI reporting, and regulatory compliance—ensuring services align with business objectives and industry standards. She has also played a pivotal role in outsourced debt recovery operations, performance management, and customer service enhancements, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and managing high-value accounts.
