Treating vulnerable adults with due care and consideration is incredibly important to us, with staff at all levels trained in dealing with situations that may arise.

We will always work to help a vulnerable customer, and will never adopt a dismissive approach or attitude.

We recognise that vulnerabilities can be short or long term, and that all customers are at risk of becoming vulnerable, particularly if they display one or more characteristics of vulnerability.

Our staff understand that it is their role to assist vulnerable customers and that, if their needs are not met, they may be susceptible to harm.
