Justin has over 30 years of banking and mortgage enforcement experience, specialising in secured and unsecured recoveries for both consumer and commercial debts.

He heads our Recoveries department, which provides comprehensive lender services including customer rehabilitation, possession litigation and conveyancing, and fixed charge receiverships.

After commencing his career at a building society head office, Justin joined DLA Piper to develop their repossession service. During his 19-year career with DLA Piper, he spent two years developing their firm-wide risk management framework and a further two years in IT project management, before returning to grow their lender services.

Before joining Flint Bishop, Justin spent 13 years at Walker Morris LLP in Leeds, where he held numerous positions, most recently as Director of Operations, Collections, and Recoveries.

Justin enjoys change management and delivering cost-effective bespoke solutions for clients that deliver commercially focused results.

He is also a member of the Policy & Reform Committee of the Civil Courts Users Association.
