Sundeep is a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate at Flint Bishop, working in one of the largest commercial litigation teams in the East Midlands. Sundeep undertook her training contract with a large regional law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 before joining the Commercial Dispute Resolution team with Flint Bishop in May 2012.

Sundeep specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation with a particular interest in contractual disputes, property litigation and contentious probate. Sundeep acts for a wide variety of clients, including companies, individuals, financial institutions and several Government departments, she regularly receives positive and favourable outcomes for her clients.

Her work covers a wide spectrum including commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery, enforcement, negligence actions, residential & commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence and contentious probate.
