If more than one person requires access to our case management system, we are able to set up multiple users on the portal, including different permissions and settings. For example, your credit controllers may be responsible for a specific ledger or region so we can restrict their access to just those cases, whereas supervisors or managers who require full access to all cases can have just that.
Bulk instructions can be uploaded via the portal or via an excel template that works with your systems. As well as the basic fields of key information required (such as invoice details, contact details, etc.) we can include bespoke data items to suit your internal requirements, such as reference numbers, regional codes and purchase order numbers to name a few examples. Our system is fully flexible to work in the best way possible for your business.
