We are pleased to announce the appointment a new manager to lead our Data Analytics team at our head office in Derby.
Jamie Pearson joins the firm from marketing analysis company Go Inspire. Prior to this, he held the senior credit analyst and data scientist position at E.ON and also has worked for the debt industry’s leading provider of data, technology and advisory services, TDX Group.
Throughout his career he has overseen the full spectrum of debt recovery strategies, from acquisition and credit risk management, to live collections, to end of life warehouse recoveries. His sector expertise includes telecoms, financial services, and utilities in both consumer and commercial markets.
Jamie’s experience will significantly complement the collaboration between our Data Analytics and Debt Services operations and the firm’s clients. We currently undertake volume B2B debt recovery matters for many of the UK’s leading energy and utility providers, as well as recognisable brands in business supply chain services groups.
The appointment follows the recent hiring of Niall Gilhooley as Head of Debt Services last month.
Jamie said: “I am delighted to be joining Flint Bishop at what is clearly an exciting time for the business. I have been impressed with the firm’s hands-on approach to debt recovery and its already strong in-house data analytics capabilities.
“I am also looking forward to working alongside Niall, who is a leading figure in this industry and an exceptional strategist. We will be applying advanced data science methodology to target our strategies, improve efficiency, and ultimately provide a better experience for the clients.”
Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “I am pleased to welcome Jamie to the firm. His experience in debt insights, predictive modelling, and credit risk strategies are a perfect fit for the firm’s offering and will enable us to develop even greater services for both our debt recovery and wider litigation operations.
“This appointment is just one of many key hires in the pipeline as we continue to invest in our people and the services we deliver to our clients and forms an integral part in achieving our ambitious growth plans as a business.”
