Flint Bishop named as shortlisted finalists in the 2018 Credit Awards

Flint Bishop has been recognised for its excellence in commercial debt recovery and outsourced early collections with a double shortlisting at The Credit Awards 2018. This flagship event returns for its 19th year, rewarding innovation and the achievements of firms of all sizes in the UK’s credit industry.

Flint Bishop has been named as one of six shortlisted finalists for ‘Law Firm of the Year’. Successful firms in this category had to demonstrate to the judges how their debt recovery services enable high performance for clients whilst remaining ethical and compliant at all times.

The second shortlisting, ‘Outsourcing & Partnership Initiative of the Year’, has recognised the achievements of FBCollections Ltd, a partner firm of Flint Bishop that was strategically set up to broaden the firm’s overall B2B legal recovery offering by providing ‘white labelled’ outsourced early collections at a stage prior to debt recovery and legal action.

Finalists in this award category had to demonstrate over the last 12 months how they worked together with their clients to enhance business performance, reach satisfactory conclusions for all parties and improve the customer journey.

Qamer Ghafoor, Chief Executive at Flint Bishop comments on the firm’s achievement;

“It is a great achievement for both Flint Bishop and FB Collections to be recognised for their excellence in the credit industry. These finalist positions, along with our other recent national debt recovery and credit management award wins, show that we are now one of the leading debt recovery firms in the UK, acting for a large number of leading brands.”

The awards ceremony will take place on 17 May 2018 at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London and will be hosted by Canadian presenter and comedian Katherine Ryan.
